- Collaborative Environment: Work directly with an exercise specialist and health coaches in a team-based approach to care.
- Work Life Balance:No holidays, weekends or night shifts.
- Low-Acuity Community Care Environment: Manage a stable patient population with lower clinical acuity compared to high-intensity hospital or dialysis settings.
- Full Benefits Package: Including 401(k) matching, comprehensive health/dental/vision insurance, and generous paid time off.
What You’ll Do
- Personalize Wellness: Design age-specific and culturally appropriate nutrition strategies that fit a client’s actual lifestyle.
- Be the Expert: Translate complex nutrition science into practical, easy-to-understand advice for the community.
- Drive Progress: Set meaningful goals with clients, track their success, and adjust plans to keep them motivated.

- On-the-Go Mindset: You possess a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a willingness to travel within our service area.
- Experience: 1+ years in nutrition is required, but a passion for community health is what will make you stand out.
