Webinars can be completed from your home or office computer. Onsite workshops will be held at The Rapides Foundation Building, 1101 Fourth St., Alexandria. Registration for workshops or webinars can be done online.

Please visit to view the list of diverse workshops and webinars being offered, and to register online. Some training topics include:

• Webinar: Characteristics of a High-Performing Board. Join us for a highly interactive training using a Jeopardy-style game that you play from your computer. At the end of the game, you’ll know what it takes to be a high-performing board.
• Webinar: Funding Diversification through Earned Income Strategies
• Webinar:  DASHBOARD—An Organizational Analysis in One Click.  A Dashboard provides a timely but thorough overview of an organization’s current status and how it measures up to its long-range planning goals.
