April Challenge Calendar focuses on High Intensity Interval Training.

The Fitness Focus of our April Challenge Calendar is High Intensity Interval Training, or HIIT. These type workouts alternate high intensity work efforts with low to moderate intensity recovery efforts, designed to get your heart rate up and burn a ton of calories in a limited amount of time.
