Board Works: Board Works is a special series of training sessions targeting seasoned Board members. Sessions will cover high-level governance topics that reflect on trends and best practices in Board development. The format is discussion-based using case studies. Board Builders Program: The CDW Board Builders Program provides a unique opportunity for young professionals in Cenla to become active in their community as members of local nonprofit Boards of Directors. Participants are trained through a series of sessions in the roles and responsibilities of being an effective Board member. After successful completion of the training, participants are matched with a developed nonprofit organization for service on their Board of Directors.
