The first stage in all program opportunity and mini opportunity grant applications begins with a Letter of Intent which must be accompanied by a Grant Application Cover Sheet. Some Foundation-directed grant opportunities do not require a Letter of Intent. Please refer to the Request for Proposals for detailed requirements.
